Back From Break...
I've taken a few years (ok....ten years) off my quest for a healthy weight program. I've started again this week. The exercise plan is to cross-country ski at least three times a week and to exercise indoors on the remaining days.
Eating...that's another story. Geez, Christmas is coming and with it comes all those yummy cookies and sweet drinks and .....
